Sanitary precautions and vaccinations

Before leaving for a tropical country, it is important to find out about tropical diseases, in order to take the appropriate precautions.

In particular, it is worthwhile to check what you can get vaccinated against, especially:

- Yellow fever (10 years validity), which is compulsory in all the countries we visit

- Malaria prophylaxis (different treatments are available) is highly recommended
