Alberto Nicheli , the founder of TransAfrica will lead this 11 days unique expedition fording rivers, driving remote tracks, camping on island to discover unknown sites, villages, traditional chiefs, and spectacular ancestor's ceremonies:

- Mali : canyon and rocks that hide adobe Malinke village in the south western corner of the country, at the border of Guinea and Senegal .

- Senegal : Bedik Mountains and the last animiste tribes.

- Guinea : Bassari sacred villages.

- Bijagos archipelago: secrete oceanic island, forests, birds, white beaches, hidden villages where life remain in the pure African style, matriarchal queens, rituals, sacred masks…

 

Ending with: “Carnaval de Bissau”: a lively atmosphere of “fiesta” with a magic mixture of African and Portuguese music, masks and dancing crowd in the colourful street of old Bissau…
